ITIL High Velocity IT course provides detailed guidance on comprehensive digital transformation and helps organizations to evolve towards a convergence of business and technology, or to establish a new digital organization.

Digital technology is increasingly important. It’s economic, societal, and political impacts are unprecedented. At the same time, it is increasingly challenging for digital practitioners to design, develop, run, and support the systems and services that fulfil this demand. High Velocity IT focuses on digital products and services, including digital customer experiences, covering good organizational practices and mental models, from a practitioner’s perspective.


You are required to have successfully attained your ITIL 4 Foundation certificate.

Who Should Attend

This course is aimed at IT and service management practitioners who work in organizations that are becoming more digitally enabled. It will help those who are familiar with traditional IT and service management concepts to discuss ‘digital’ confidently, develop practical competencies, and integrate new concepts, techniques, and technologies into their ways of working.

Students will receive an ITIL® 4 High Velocity IT classroom workbook containing all of the presentation materials, course notes, case study, exam syllabi, and sample exams.

About the Course:

The maximum number of candidates per class is 8.

About the Exam:

The exam is included with the course.

The exam is a closed book exam that consists of 40 multiple multiple-choice questions with four
options (same format as an ITIL Foundation exam).

The pass rate is set at 70% (28 correct answers) and the available time is 90 minutes. Non-English speaking candidates receive an additional 25% of extra time (113 minutes).
