ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition
The new ITIL® 4 Managing Professional Transitions course (MP) has been released by Axelos. Knowledge Peak will be offering the course to those that are already ITIL Expert certified or have a minimum of 17 ITIL v3 credits.
This specially designed module combines key concepts from the ITIL 4 Foundation and the ITIL 4 Managing Professional core modules into one succinct course and exam.
The course covers the following:
ITIL 4 FOUNDATION – Understand the key concepts of service management, including the four dimensions, the service value system (SVS) and the service value chain.
ITIL 4 MP: CREATE, DELIVER AND SUPPORT – Create, deliver and support IT enabled services, and learn how to apply these processes to Service Value Streams and value chains.
ITIL 4 MP: DIRECT, PLAN AND IMPROVE – Establish a ‘learning and improving’ IT organization with a strong and effective strategic direction that’s clearly aligned to operations and business outcomes
ITIL 4 MP: HIGH VELOCITY IT – Identify the demand placed on IT in a high velocity environment and how to apply the Guiding Principles to deliver high velocity IT.
ITIL 4 MP: DRIVE STAKEHOLDER VALUE – Understand the customer journey and provide guidance on fostering stakeholder relationships, shaping demand to define service offerings and how to ensure value co-creation.
