In January 2015, Knowledge Peak was approved as an Accredited Training Partner with ServiceNow. We are able to offer the accredited 3 day System Administration course. Our instructor has 19 years of experience in I.T. Operations and consulting, with expertise in ServiceNow Development and Implementations, ITSM/ITIL® Process Workshops, ITIL® Change and Configuration Management Process and CMDB Implementations, Monitoring Architectures and Implementations, Custom Tools Integration, Tools Selections (RFI/RFP), and Operational Review and Gap Analysis.
We are excited to begin offering the System Administration course in February 2015. Our initial plan is to offer the course on our public class schedule monthly. We will also have the ability to go to customer sites and deliver private classes as requested.
Knowledge Peak’s focus has been primarily on service management and I.T. training courses. Our accreditation from ServiceNow puts us in a unique situation to be able to work with ServiceNow customers directly, but also provide other ServiceNow consulting partners an opportunity to send their customers to training provided by a non-consulting company (competitor).
This is Knowledge Peak’s first time in partnering with a product vendor. ServiceNow is a major player and we are excited to be a part of the team. It is an excellent extension to Knowledge Peak’s service management offerings and compliments its’ emphasis on accredited ITIL® courses.
