ITIL® Training

Knowledge Peak is dedicated to building internal ITIL® capabilities within our customers organizations. Our goal is to teach students how to successfully implement processes and process improvement utilizing ITIL® best practices, project management, and organizational change methodologies in order to rapidly achieve business objectives.

Training creates ITIL® awareness and enables individuals to learn about managing processes more effectively. If training is delivered early in a project, it can help to overcome resistance. Our ITIL® training provides the terminology that is critical for common communication levels within an organization. The ITIL® foundations level course provides the basic structure of ITIL® from which to build knowledge. The ITIL® Intermediate courses provide practical understanding of how to apply the process and knowledge in a real environment. In addition, Knowledge Peak offers ITIL® Executive Overview workshops, BluePrint for Success workshops, general staff ITIL® overview workshops, and ITIL® Foundations and ITIL® Intermediate certification courses.

Knowledge Peak offers the ITIL® Intermediate Lifecycle and ITIL® Intermediate Capability courses that provide appropriate training for managers, process leads and those doing the daily process work. The Intermediate ITIL® training courses include certification testing as part of the course.

Whether you are looking to attend an open enrollment course or have Knowledge Peak deliver an on-site course, we are ready to help. Students may attend our course in person or virtually. We are a Loyalist accredited training center and we offer accredited ITIL® Foundations training, accredited ITIL® Intermediate training, and v2 and v3 Practitioner and Service Manager training for non-certification.
