Knowledge Peak has created a forum for government employees to share and exchange ideas on discuss ITIL® and other process best practices. Meetings are held every other month and Knowledge Peak provides a speaker and topic for each meeting.

Each meeting provides an opportunity to learn more about implementing ITIL® and an opportunity to meet with your peers to share successes and challenges faced.

These meetings are provided for FREE and are held on the 3rd Friday every other month. The meeting times are 8:30AM - 10:30AM. All meetings are held at:
