Balanced Scorecard - How to Measure IT Value to the Business

The balanced scorecard depicts the health of the business in four important areas: Customer, Financial, Internal Processes, and Knowledge and Learning. What does IT contribute to enable the business to be successful in each area? This session will analyze the core IT processes that provide critical information to the Business to help measure success and prove the value of IT to the business. We will look at the corporate Balanced Scorecard, IT dashboards, key performance indicators and key goal indicators; the process to establish metrics and measurements; and how to use the Balanced Scorecard to improve communication between IT and the business.
